Vellum and Snowflakes

This delighful stamp set, Mixed Medley, which has stamps to take you through the different holidays, is one of the Hostess sets offered by Stampin' Up! in the current catalog.

The snowflakes were stamped in Island Indigo onto Whisper White as a background. Then they are stamped in Versamark ink onto Vellum card stock and embossed with White Stampin' Embossing Powder. The Vellum is then used as the overlay for the card.

And here's a peek at a little 3 x 3 love note using the same stamp set. This time the snowflake was embossed onto Whisper White card stock using Clear Stampin' Embossing Powder. Sweet, isn't it?

So, how can I receive this stamp set? It's easy!
  • Simply place an online order of $150 or more

    or
  • Book a workshop (think party!) with sales of $150 or more - email me @ stampsnsmiles@gmail.com

Hi Penny,
I *love* this card. Can you tell me how you adhered the vellum to the card so as not to see the glue? Thanks so much, Alicia

Marcy,
I used Glue Dots under the embossed snowflakes closest to the corners. With that in mind you can choose to emboss where you would like the Glue Dots.
Thanks!
Penny
